The apartment is located in the village of Pyla, a 15 minute drive from Larnaca International Airport .
Blue Serenity is a small resort style community with 42 apartments, boasting a beautiful private communal pool and jacuzzi.
There is a small childrens play area sited just outside the complex.
Everything you need is within minutes of the village, but a car is recommended. Village shop 100yds from complex.
Blue flag beaches with all the activities needed for a family holiday or a relaxing break are a 6 minute drive from the village. Larnaca town centre has a beautiful Marina with lots of really good restaurants and bars, suitable for all ages.
If you like chilling out and people watching, Larnaca has a lot to offer with a mixture of old and new culture around every corner.
Blue Serenity is a luxury complex which was completed in November 2009. This 2nd floor apartment is spacious and well designed with luxury fittings. The complex is a gated community with electric gates, offering as the name says "Serenity" peace and tranquillity.
Communal facilities include a beautifully designed swimming pool with a waterfall feature, showers, changing facilities, jacuzzi, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The apartment has a large open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area, leading on to a large panoramic balcony. Furnished with everything you need.
Two double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space. Main bedroom being en-suite with walk in shower. Bedroom two has air conditioning and a seperate bathroom with bath, toilet and over-bath shower.
